XML dump format

<geocrawler>

Geocrawler takes one option: timestamp. This is the argument that should be passed to update.pike on the next query, to retrieve only the latest changes.

<updated>

Updated takes no options. It holds a collection of site elements listing the sites that are new or updated since the requested timestamp, or the epoch.

<deleted>

Deleted takes no options. It holds a collection of site elements listing the sites that have been deleted since the requested timestamp.

<site>

Site takes a number of options. Each instance of this element represents one site from the database.
